Developing "CallHR.org",
an on-line Human Resources consulting company.
Successfully coordinated the development and implementation of the first ever Continuing Education Program for the University of South Florida, Sarasota-Manatee, Sarasota, Fl.
Successfully facilitated the
Human Resource factor for a Community-Based Child Welfare organization,
Hillsborough Kids, Inc. This included the staffing of three Care
Centers with a total of 250 employees.
Successfully assisted with
the coordination of the Human Resources aspect of the merger
of eight Tampa area hospitals. Four consolidations involving
eight hospitals to date: St. Joseph's/Humana Women's, University
Community/Centurion and Charter Tampa/Pasco and St. Joseph's/South
Florida Baptist Hospital/BayCare.
Developed and implemented
human resource policies and compensation plans for automobile
dealerships, service industry companies, the public sector, an
employee leasing company, physician practices, and for various
not for profit organizations.
Successful employee problem
resolution, including sexual harassment issues for clients nationwide.
Developed and coordinated
cost reduction program, which resulted in fewer management layers,
i.e., resizing, right sizing, and re-engineering for profit,
not for profit and nonprofit organizations.
